How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Most clothing, harnesses, braces and beds have a Size Guide button on the product page. Measure your pet with a soft tape (chest, neck, back length or paw width, depending on the product) and compare with the chart. Are your products for dogs, cats or both?
Each product page says which pets it's designed for. Many items, like beds, bowls, carriers and grooming tools, suit both dogs and cats, while harnesses, braces and clothing are sized for specific pets.
How do I help my pet get used to something new?
Introduce new items slowly. Let your pet sniff it first, try it on for a few minutes with treats and praise, then build up the time. Always supervise your pet with new wearables, toys and devices, and follow your vet's advice for mobility and recovery products.

How long does delivery take?

What if it doesn't fit or my pet doesn't like it?

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are usually issued within 10 business days. How long it takes to show in your account also depends on your payment provider.
