Flexible Cat Deterrent Mat – Protects Sofas & Plants

Keep Cats Off the Spaces You Want to Protect

Tired of finding scratched furniture, disturbed potting soil or paw prints on surfaces that should stay clean?
The Flexible Cat Deterrent Mat helps you create a clearly defined pet-free zone around sofas,
countertops, indoor plants and garden beds—without relying on electric shocks, strong-smelling sprays or disposable refills.

Its flexible open-grid construction can be connected, trimmed and shaped to fit different spaces,
giving you a practical way to protect the areas your cat repeatedly climbs, digs or rests on.

🐾 Why Pet Owners Choose It

• 🛋️ Protect Furniture and Surfaces:
Place the panels on sofas, chairs, countertops or other restricted surfaces to discourage cats from jumping up, lounging or scratching.
• 🌿 Help Protect Plants and Garden Beds:
Cover exposed soil around indoor planters, flower beds and vegetable gardens to discourage digging and unwanted resting.
• ✂️ Cut to Fit Your Space:
Trim between the open lattice sections to fit narrow ledges, planter areas, corners and irregular spaces.
• ↪️ Flexible and Bendable:
The lightweight plastic mesh curves around pots, furniture edges and other rounded or angled surfaces.
• 🔗 Snap-Together Panels:
Built-in edge connectors allow multiple panels to join together for wider and longer coverage.
• 🔋 No Batteries or Electricity:
The mat works as a simple physical deterrent with no charging, wiring or electronic components.
• 💨 No Sprays or Refills:
No recurring spray bottles, fragrance refills or chemical solutions are required.
• 🏡 Indoor and Outdoor Placement:
Suitable for protected furniture areas, countertops, planters, balconies and garden beds.

🛋️ Create a Defined Pet-Free Zone

The short vertical plastic tips create a surface that cats are less likely to choose for sitting, walking or digging.
Instead of repeatedly cleaning scattered soil or repairing scratched furniture, you can place the panels directly
over the area you want to protect.

For best results, provide your cat with an appropriate alternative nearby, such as a scratching post,
cat bed or designated resting area.

✂️ Shape It Around Your Home

Unlike rigid one-piece deterrent boards, each panel uses an open flexible lattice that can be adapted to your layout.
Cut along the open mesh, bend the panel around corners or connect several pieces to create a larger protected area.

• Trim panels for narrow shelves or ledges
• Curve panels around indoor plant pots
• Connect panels across sofa cushions
• Cover exposed soil in raised garden beds
• Reposition panels when protection needs change

🔗 Simple Snap-Together Installation

1. Plan the area: Measure the surface or soil area you want to protect.
2. Align the panels: Position the peg connector beside the matching circular connector.
3. Press together: Push the connector firmly into place.
4. Trim if needed: Cut through the open lattice to create the required shape.
5. Place and adjust: Lay the completed mat flat or curve it around the protected area.
